Japanese music idol group makes least popular member debut in porn
An underground Japanese music idol group has claimed that one of its members will become an adult video star for being the least popular.
Announced on September 16 and apparently running until September 19, the last day of a music festival, the Planck Stars said that the member who got the least number of snapshots taken with fans would be forced to debut in porn. Incidentally, the winner gets a free bicycle.
The group claimed its members devised the campaign themselves.
The original announcement got some attention back in September, but has received renewed outrage on Twitter in the past few days, not least because coercion in porn is a real and ongoing problem — and led to a recent, controversial new law.
But before you start hurling your indignation across the room, let’s take a closer look at that group name: The Planck Stars.
In other words, the Pranksters. These ladies, known for their unruly performances and songs, are playing a joke in the hope of getting publicity and attention. Well, it worked!
Previous marketing stunts include giving fans an “AV” DVD and “legal cannabis gummies.”
That said, considering that some music idols do indeed go on to have careers in porn, the stunt is almost believable.
Considering one of their members is apparently a monkey, perhaps we don’t want to see that alleged porn debut?

I say we all follow that monkey on twitter and make him the most popular member so one of the girls would have to go and do AV.
They got contract with av maker and studio probably was behind the whole story idea, probably. Too made up as for meh
probably just an “attention stunt” or the av was planed perhaps right from the start….
well, one of their temporary members was indeed an AV actress, her name is meisa nishimoto, in their concerts she was the girl who showed panties.
