Hinatazaka46 member Miku Kanemura has released some preview images of her upcoming second photo book and netizens and fans are going wild over a particular shot of her in alluring black lingerie.
Dressed in an elegant teddy or bodysuit, Miku's bust is really emphasized, transforming her ordinarily slender-looking figure into something far more sensual and voluptuous. This is Miku as femme fatale.
But most eye-catching of all, the crotch area suggests that she has very carefully groomed or even gone fully hairless (paipan) downstairs. This speculation is all a bit tasteless and crude, of ...
Momoka Kinoshita is a 29-year-old singer-songwriter and former member of Osaka-based idol group NMB48.
She has done a lot and changed a lot since her time with the group, where members have to pretend to be purer-than-pure.
She now sports a grungier look and has tattoos running across her whole body.
A recent TV appearance on Abema brought renewed attention to the musician, who today plays under the stage name of Bukkoro Momoka.
Back when she was Kinoshita, she passed the audition for NMB48 in 2010 and debuted in early 2011. She was active as a member of the group until spring ...
Weekly Shonen Magazine has faced accusations of using artificial intelligence to "improve" an image in its cover shoot of Hinatazaka46 music idol Manami Ono after its widely publicized and shared photo of her seem to feature six fingers.
The magazine was forced to apologize for an "editing" error when fans noticed, and a new image was issued, though the magazine had already gone to print. The issue went on sale on September 2.
In this case, it's a storm in a teacup: the sixth finger (an infamous sign of generative AI use) seems to be simply Ono's other hand. However, the edge of the front ...
The singer, model, and TV personality Ricca Kanon shared intimate details on social media on August 31 about the issue of the casting couch in the Japanese entertainment industry.
The frequency of producers trying to pressure her to sleep with them has become so high that she announced that will no longer meet such people in person.
"I often receive requests for appearances (or messages posing as such) from TV program and commercial producers and creators. Please note that all future meetings regarding television projects will be conducted online."
She claims that "almost every time" she ...
The second photo book by Cocona Umeyama came out earlier this month and has already set the interwebs on fire in just a few days.
As reported here in July, the ex-NMB48 idol's second publication is a nude release.
Umeyama is a former member of the Osaka-based girl group NMB48 (from 20216 to 2022) as well as of spin-off music group Lapis Arch.
She is clearly trying to establish a name for herself in the competitive world of music idols seeking to build a career after leaving the safety net of their group by taking a more provocative approach in COCOIRO, which features her taking off her ...
A sweet romance or a queasy tale of grooming?
The July 31 edition of Abema's Women Who Can't Keep Quiet (season 3) featured a love story in which a former music idol pursued her high school homeroom teacher for three years, eventually leading to marriage.
There is a 16-year age gap between 25-year-old Aki and the 41-year-old Shinichi, though they are now happily married and have a child together.
The unusual story has attracted widespread reporting from news outlets and social media.
Aki pursued him relentlessly, even going so as to write "I love you, Teach" in the class attendance ...
Cocona Umeyama is a former member of Osaka-based girl group NMB48 (from 20216 to 2022) as well as of spin-off music group Lapis Arch.
The Osaka native released a photo book in 2022 and is now set to release a second this August, and in which she is upping the ante in an effort to boost her career as the 22-year-old former idol seeks to establish herself as an actor.
Whereas her previous photo book just featured her in swimwear, COCOIRO is more lavish in terms of both aesthetic and budget.
Shot on location in Cebu, the star poses nude with her hands covering her breasts, showing off her ...
Mariko Sata is a former porn star who made her adult video debut in 2020 when she was already 39 years old, after some time working in a soapland and hair salon in Fukuoka (and also apparently as a past life therapist). She had a successful career as a jukujo JAV performer, but retired in March 2025.
Today aged 44 (though conflicting information on her age is available), Sata is also a single mom who raised a daughter by herself. This is fascinating in and of itself, since raising a child as a porn star must throw up some, well, unique challenges. But Sata launched her own idol management ...
The Nogizaka46 idol Hina Okamoto is at the center of an online storm after footage of what appears to be a sex tape filmed by an ex-partner leaked online.
The hamedori-style footage shows an unidentified young man having unprotected sex with a woman who looks very similar to Okamoto and who is wearing a blue top very similar to one that Okahina (as she is known to fans) once wore in a photo shoot. It is alleged that the video dates from before she joined the group in 2022.
Not only are such idols for groups like AKB48 and Nogizaka46 contractually banned from having relationships, the ...
Foreign news outlets are going wild with disgust over an underground idol's fan service in which she lets men sniff her armpits.
Hari Matsumoto, formerly a member of Miracle for Z, offers a service in which her male fans can get up close and personal with her armpits, instead of the usual handshaking fan service at events.
Outlets like the South China Morning Post, the Times of India, and Vice have published somewhat sensational and clickbaity articles claiming that the idol has sparked "outrage" in some corners.
And now, as often the case, things have come full circle, with ...
