Like us, you have probably seen those private workspace booths at central stations in central Tokyo and wondered if people actually use them to do some tasks or hold a quick meeting in between train rides.
But who knows what goes on behind those closed doors, (partially) hidden from view.
News Post Seven reports on some unusual activities at these booths, particularly the ones called (unimaginatively) Station Booth and present at JR East stations in the Tokyo area.
It sets the scene: a young woman with long black hair and wearing a face mask entered the private workspace booth located ...

Sayuri Okamoto is a recently elected local politician in Kawaguchi. Allegations have appeared online over the past two or so days that she has a secret porn career after netizens seemed to match her face with that of an "amateur" performer in at least one 20-minute adult video release by Soku-nuki (M794G-02).
We must stress clearly and categorically that this is completely unconfirmed. At the time of writing, Okamoto has made no comment on the claim, though we cannot imagine that she is unaware of it, since it has become a large talking point on certain social media platforms and other ...
Tokyo Metropolitan Police has announced the arrest of Akira Awazu, a 51-year-old executive at an entertainment company based in Tokyo's Shinjuku ward, on suspicion of non-consensual sexual intercourse and violation of the Child Prostitution and Child Pornography Prohibition Act, for allegedly filming himself engaging in obscene acts with a 15-year-old junior high school girl and selling the footage as an adult video.
Awazu partially denies the charges, saying: "I though the girl was 18 years old." This was revealed in an interview with investigators, reports the Asahi Shimbun.

In Japan, porn is everywhere but thou shalt not see genitals.
Due to the wonders of the internet and mobile devices, people in Japan enjoy instant access to hardcore pornography, just like most other places in the world today.
But unless the producers want to incur the wrath of police and courts, domestically made porn still abides by the obscenity law in Japan, whose conventional interpretation is that you cannot show actual genitalia, hence all those cocks and vaginas are blurred out.
And it's also the case with foreign porn if you are a Japanese business selling it to Japanese customers ...
Many music idols have rules, explicit or implicit, that prevent them from having romantic or sexual relationships to keep up the pretense that fans have a chance of dating their favorite singer.
If you think music idols are not having sex, though, you've pretty naive, as the various dating "scandals" have demonstrated over the years.
Some idols are even more sexually active than you might suspect, including having secret porn careers.
Tsumugi Mugino was recently fired from the Hokkaido idol group Icecream Square after her alleged appearance in an "amateur" porn release came to ...
They say the internet is forever, but one organization is trying to fight that.
A nonprofit called the Organization for Pornography and Sexual Exploitation Survivors (or PAPS) has had around 67,000 images and videos taken down over the past six years, it recently told Kyodo News.
The group asked website operators and providers to delete a total of 99,266 sexually explicit photos and videos between fiscal 2019 and fiscal 2024.
Of those, 59,653 have been completely deleted from the internet, while 7,577 have been deleted from some of the sites where they were posted.
As of May this year, a ...
Back in May, we reported on the shocking arrest of the incredibly popular Japanese OnlyFans adult creator Naomiii.
The performer was likely a victim of her own success, which got her noticed by authorities and who found a way to nab her on obscenity charges.
The 32-year-old adored by millions for her sensually curvy body and perfectly shaped labia was arrested with Nobutoshi Kiri, who helped make her videos and upload them.
The "amateur" porn (shot in 4K) the pair made was actually very high quality but the uncensored content was what attracted police attention.
Most people reacted with ...
The Twitch streamer Yuyuzaki (ゆゆ崎) has been outed as an amateur porn performer.
The attractive Yuyuzaki, who regularly posts combative messages on Twitter/X that makes us worry for her mental well-being, also works as a a musician and DJ alongside her gaming content.
She has essentially admitted to the allegations, which seemed to emerge online at the end of last week and spread earlier this week.
The video has been available on FC2 since April last year, though we're not sure exactly when the content was made.
We've seen claims that she has "400,000 followers," which ...
Like millions of others, you have probably seen and enjoyed the homemade porn content by Naomiii, recording her sexual exploits with a partner in various parts of Japan, and showcasing her amazing body, which probably includes the best-shaped labia we have possibly ever seen.
But publicly shared sex tapes and amateur porn are still subject to the same obscenity law in Japan that demands censorship of genitalia, and you are especially liable to attract police attention if you are successfully selling content online -- and ultimately face arrest.
And so it has come to pass for Naomiii, ...
