Some stories are stranger than fiction and Anri Sakaguchi's is almost one such tale.
The 28-year-old, whose real name is Mizue Nozawa, has added multiple hyphenates to her name over the past few of years as her life and career has taken all kinds of twists and turns.
The daughter of a well-known actress and a one-time tarento herself, she made her unexpected adult video debut in 2016 to pay off her huge debts. This would be sensational enough for most people but Anri Sakaguchi is not most people.
She was then arrested in 2017 for attempted extortion of a bar host with whom she was ...
The latest gimmick in the ongoing campaign against chikan, or groping, on trains involves a stamp.
The idea here is that the chikan stamp, made by a Nagoya-based stationery company known for personal seals and stamps, can be used by the victim to mark the perpetrator.
When and after they are groped, victims -- who are often young and vulnerable -- may feel too shocked or scared to speak out, or physically unable to hold onto the perpetrator to prevent him (or her) from getting away. This stamp is a solution, since it lets the victim "brand" the criminal easily and clandestinely.

The ostensibly retired adult video star Yui Akane (朱音ゆい) has been arrested on an obscenity charge.
The 30-year-old hottie was arrested with the scout Komei Hisada, 34, on suspicion of broadcasting nude videos in breach of obscenity laws.
This looks like a case of the police cracking down on an independent operator. People trying to make a quick buck by streaming or distributing porn online, bypassing the mainstream commercial platforms and probably infringing on censorship laws, always run the risk of attracting too much attention from rivals and authorities.
According to Tokyo ...
A few weeks ago, Japanese netizens were fascinated by the bloody and cautionary tale of "too cute" Yuka Takaoka, who was arrested for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend with a kitchen knife in Shinjuku.
The latest gruesome episode of romance gone very badly wrong is interesting to us at Tokyo Kinky because of who the alleged perpetrator is.
Kazuko Iwamoto (岩本和子) was arrested for apparently attacking her married lover with a utility knife in the resort town of Atami, west of Tokyo.
The 43-year-old Iwamoto was reportedly incensed when she found that her male lover was in fact married. ...
Another week, another arrest for drug charges in the Japanese entertainment world. And another career in ruins.
It is, at the end of the day, all rather silly. In the grand scheme of things, is marijuana such a big deal? Apparently so if you are Tokyo's boys in blue.
We are still not sure how or why the police pounced on the couple -- a tip off from someone? -- but apparently they had grounds to suspect former KAT-TUN singer Junnosuke Taguchi (33) and his girlfriend, former actress Rena Komine (38), of drug offenses. Officers raided the home they shared in Tokyo and found evidence of ...
If you thought that old guys upskirting girls in Shibuya during Halloween was bad, wait till you've seen this!
A short video uploaded to Twitter on November 3rd shows a man masturbating in public on a train while seated opposite at least one schoolgirl who was filming.
The as-yet unnamed man, who would seem to be in his sixties, can be seen using his manpurse-style bag to half-hide his crotch as he begins rigorously jerking off.
The 13-second clip is unconfirmed and unverified, but appears to be genuine. The camera at one point pans up to reveal his face. Details regarding the ...
Halloween in Japan means many things. It means crazy costumes and street parties. It means cars being overturned. It mean girls in bodystockings. It means a porn shoot truck. It means a top porn star in a cute costume. And it also means old men upskirting young girls.
Yes, this is one of the less than savory elements of the Halloween street parties in Tokyo and other cities around Japan.
One incredulous person caught an elderly photography patently getting panchira shots of girls in Center Gai last weekend during the height of the Halloween revelry. He seems barely aware that others ...
Seduction works both ways and it's possible for women to be the ones having sexual power over men. Especially teachers!
While it sounds like the set-up of a hackneyed jukujo-themed porno, this story from Hokkaido is apparently true.
A female teacher in her forties has been sent to the prosecutors this month for repeatedly carrying out indecent acts with a male student from last year to this year.
The teacher is employed at a junior high school in the city of Obihiro in Hokkaido, northern Japan.
The assaults took place in June 2017 and in March this year. On those occasions, ...
Shannon Danielle Wong, a Canadian national, has been arrested in Japan for entering into a fake marriage for visa reasons.
Tokyo Metropolitan Police arrested the 29-year-old Wong, who admits the charges, as well as her "husband" Narimichi Sasaki, a construction worker. The pair met at a cosplay event in Kabukicho while Wong was technically a student and then entered an arrangement to marry on paper in June 2016.
Wong paid Sasaki an initial ¥700,000 and then was monthly payments of ¥30,000 each. The total fee for Sasaki's participation in the scam was to be ¥1 million yen.

There are many ways to get a girl's attention.
Just being a gaijin in Japan can be helpful... sometimes -- though sometimes decidedly unhelpful in this regard.
But a select few people rather choose to adopt more unusual means in order to get closer to their target.
That being said, we reckon this guy takes the prize for most brazen.
Back in February, a 26-year-old woman was working as normal at a cosmetics section of a department store in central Tokyo. Now, as anyone who has ever gone to one knows, these sections tend to be on the ground floors of department store and overwhelm ...
