Retiring porn star Kyoko Ichikawa makes request to fans for privacy
Kyoko Ichikawa announced her retirement from Japanese adult video on July 8 but has since followed up with further messages on social media.
The 45-year-old said: “I’ve recently observed information being spread about my workplace and private life, as well as malicious direct messages and harassing behavior.” She warned, “I will keep evidence concerning the spread of false information, invasions of privacy, and defamation, and will take appropriate action, including legal measures, where necessary.” She concluded by thanking her fans for their support. “I apologize for any concern this may cause my fans and ask for your continued support.”

She made another request on July 15. “Regarding my future, while I have my own professional activities, there are times, just as there were when I was doing AV, when I work a regular job.” She urged her fans, “If you happen to see me while I’m working my regular job, please just look the other way. I realize I tend to stand out and may likely be spotted, but I want my fans to focus solely on my professional work.”
She made her AV debut in April 2021 at age 40 as an I-cup MILF/jukujo performer for Madonna. She had a productive spell, releasing several AVs per year until 2024, when she turned freelance.

Ichikawa worked briefly as Kate Kikukawa (a somewhat strange choice, because she’s not biracial as far as we know, though she did dye her hair blonde) but switched back to Kyoko Ichikawa in August 2024. As Ichikawa, she continued to do some porn. Since retiring, the gloriously curvy Ichikawa says she will still do event appearances (she is holding a ticketed “graduation party” on July 31, for instance, and a “summer festival” dining event), and now markets herself as a YouTube, event, and content creator.

She also released her own porn star onahole pocket pussy toy and smell fetish lubricant in 2021.
Her appeal to fans about false information and malicious messages highlights the difficulty that JAV performers often face in transitioning out of the industry, and trying to protect their privacy.

lmao. Once you make your asshole public domain you can’t go back to crying for privacy. She made her choice, a pretty shortsighted one for a measly ~5 years of income. You’d have thought 40 year-olds would know better.
