Nogizaka46 idol Hina Okamoto alleged sex tape leaks
The Nogizaka46 idol Hina Okamoto is at the center of an online storm after footage of what appears to be a sex tape filmed by an ex-partner leaked online.
The hamedori-style footage shows an unidentified young man having unprotected sex with a woman who looks very similar to Okamoto and who is wearing a blue top very similar to one that Okahina (as she is known to fans) once wore in a photo shoot. It is alleged that the video dates from before she joined the group in 2022.
Not only are such idols for groups like AKB48 and Nogizaka46 contractually banned from having relationships, the sex tape — if proved to be real — would be the final nail in the coffin of her future with the group. Of course, we should stress that the footage may be fake or another person entirely. How Nogizaka46 reacts to the scandal may be the best way to confirm its veracity.

The 22-year-old Hina Okamoto was previously put on hiatus from the group immediately after joining for reasons related to a contractual breach, possibly dating (perhaps even the guy in the tape).
Okamoto is a member of the fifth generation of Nogizaka46, which was formed in 2011 by Yasushi Akimoto as a rival to AKB48. The Okamoto scandal threatens to overshadow the other major news about the group this group, which is the graduation of Minami Umezawa.
Perhaps this should serve as yet another reason that you shouldn’t let a partner film your sex together.

For our money, the best sex tapes involving Japanese celebrities are the ones featuring the model Ayana Miyamoto in 2018 and the actress Elaiza Ikeda in 2020.
It ended Miyamoto’s career, though she did at least start a family with the guy in the leaked video (they have three kids), but Ikeda was able to survive by just riding it out (no pun intended) and not making a comment, leaving people to speculate endlessly over whether or not it really is her in the video.

Hi, I know what your site is for, but please, please, honestly, please take the link down. Miss Okamoto is surely deeply ashamed that it is accessible. Please don’t be the one who causes the link to make the rounds outside of Japan as well.
I am a huge fan of Miss Okamoto, and I can assure you that she is a very sensitive girl. I really think she could end up harming herself over this matter. Please do not contribute to that.

What’s strange is that the website minkch.com includes a photo of Hina from the cover of Bomb magazine, dated March 25, 2025

There’s also a screenshot of the person who leaked the “video”
and an alleged screenshot of a statement from Hina dated May 20 at 12:24 a.m.,
with an old profile picture, where she argues that it’s not her, etc.
I think whoever leaked the video is very clever at scamming people by selling a supposedly authentic “video.” Now all that’s left is to search the Wayback Machine (Internet Archive).
If the video is confirmed to be real, Hina would be fired for breach of contract,
and her boyfriend would face serious legal problems.

We agree that there are things that don’t add up, but that screenshot of her message seems even less trustworthy to us than the video itself (hence we didn’t include it). The people/person trying to get others to pay to view the video may be a scam or may be the original uploader or guy filming.
As we wrote in the post, the video is only alleged at the moment and we are primarily reporting on it because it was such a big story in Japan on May 22, we could not really ignore it. We do so, though, with a degree of caution. We’re very happy to update the article if the video is fake or categorically shown to be someone else. How Nogizaka46 reacts may be the most telling.
