Roshutsu (exhibitionism) fetish is alive and well in Japan, especially among the middle-aged.
Kobe police arrested a couple for disturbing the peace on February 25th.
The local Kobe pair, a 44-year-old female company employee and unemployed 52-year-man, were in a family restaurant when they decided to order something not on the menu. The woman stripped off until she was "almost entirely naked" and her companion was filming her with his phone.
It was around 3:25 in the early hours of the morning -- family restaurants are usually opened 24 hours a day -- when the woman called over ...
Saitama police arrested Kumagayaken tax office civil servant Sadayuki Iida on February 13th.
The 51-year-old official snuck into a women's changing room at a public bath spa at 8:30 pm, though to be fair to him -- he did it in style. To be precise, he did it in drag.
Iida is denying any wrongdoing, saying he was just trying to use the toilet.
Iida is about 175cm and a large guy. However, he seemed to think a black coat, long wig and black skirt would be enough to transform him into a woman. He was also apparently wearing make-up.
He wandered around the changing room, where ...
We all like to "play doctor" sometimes. Needless to say, there are all sorts of cosplay adult toys for doing this (including this awesome new "syringe play" toy).
But when you are deceiving women in this fantasy, that's a different matter.
A man has been arrested by Japanese police for "allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting more than 100 women who believed they were taking part in a medical study," according to media reports.
Detectives say scores of women responded to adverts seeking volunteers for “clinical research measuring blood pressure during sleep” over two years ...
Amazon got busted!
Not even the biggest online retailer in the world is safe from the cops.
The Japanese police have raided the Amazon Japan office on suspicion of assisting the sale of child pornography.
On Friday, cops raided the Tokyo headquarters of Amazon Japan, plus the distribution center in Chiba Prefecture (ironically, you can spot it on the way to Disneyland).
The charges are that Amazon let products be sold on its website which broke laws against child pornography. The photo books featured nude girls under 18 and police suspect Amazon knew what the products were -- and ...
The BBC has weighed in on the whole "Is-manga-child-porn?" argument with an online article and radio show with the balanced headline: "Why hasn't Japan banned child-porn comics?"?
James Fletcher reports from Tokyo on this now slightly tired issue.
Posters of elfin-faced, doe-eyed cartoon heroines, many of them scantily clad and impossibly proportioned, turn the cavernous space into a riot of colour.
We stop at one table where the covers on display feature two topless girls. To my eyes they look to be in their early or pre-teens, and the stories show them engaged in explicit ...
Artist Rokudenashiko (or Rokudenashi-ko), popularly known as the "vagina artist", has been charged following her arrest earlier this month.
While writer Minori Watanabe was recently released for displaying the model of female genitalia in her adult shop in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo, Rokudenashiko (Megumi Igarashi), who was arrested at the same time, has now been indicted by the police after 21 (!) days being held without charge.
This means her case will go to trial, which is always a long process here. Whether she is found guilty or innocent (Japan has a 99% conviction rate!), at the very ...
Rokudenashiko (or Rokudenashi-ko), the "vagina artist" arrested in the summer for distributing 3D data of her pussy, has been taken into police custody again, promising to reignite what became an international sensation about female rights and censorship.
This time her "crime", says Tokyo Reporter, was another vagina selfie artwork, though sculptural this time rather than photographic.
Megumi Igarashi -- Rokudenashiko's real name -- was arrested with a writer called Minori Watanabe.
Rokudenashiko, an artist name meaning "Good-For-Nothing Girl", has previous made a series of ...
They were clever and went to some sneaky ways to satisfy their fetish. But they were caught and now they have been punished.
Four men, including Yuki Suzuki (41), have been arresting for illegally entering a warehouse in Koto ward in east Tokyo to photograph girls from behind while they peed.
The woman who got them got was visitor at a barbecue park who had snuck off to pee by the warehouse. All these kinds of events -- firework displays, music festivals -- always have massive lines for the bathroom. After a lot of beer, people start to get desperate and just can't wait.
The girl ...
What really goes on inside those koban police boxes? Now we know.
Four male and female police officers have been punished for sexually harassing a female officer, with the quartet resigning as of the end of the month.
The goings-on took place in Adachi, a ward in east Tokyo. A male police sergeant would take advantage of a certain female police officer when she visited his koban, kissing her while on duty. And another sergeant from the same precinct would even have the same woman stay over at his koban while he was supposed to be protecting the good people of Adachi from crime.
Of ...
If you're going to be a train groper and run the risk of getting arrested, go the whole hog. That's the lesson from this story, it seems. Choose a young, hot victim and don't give up without a fight!
Monday is never a fun day. The weekend is over and people are not in the best of moods in the morning trek to the office. But Tokyo morning rush-hour trains were delayed this Monday for 19 minutes -- a lifetime in Tokyo. Why? Because a man had groped a high school student.
That's a daily occurrence on Tokyo trains, so much so the train companies have introduced women-only carriages on many ...
