Sakuya nude sex scene in Netflix drama S&X
S&X (aka S to X) is a new Japanese Netflix drama about Ichito Shimotori, a sex therapist who sees patients facing intimate issues they can’t talk about with anyone else. Ignoring the ridicule and prejudice he receives for his chosen profession, he treats each patient with utmost sincerity and respect. But little do the people around him know that he hides an anxiety of his own.
It is a live-action adaptation of a manga by Kisei Tada subtitled “confessions of a therapist.” Kento Nakajima plays the lead role.
According to Netflix:
Rooted in the idea that everyone carries private sexual anxieties, the series unfolds an earnest romance that explores how desire, romantic expression, and self-esteem shape our relationships. It reexamines how we understand one another, how we view ourselves, and what it means to truly love someone — speaking directly to adults struggling with the complexities of modern society.
Episode six features a nude sex scene with the actress Sakuya.
It’s a very conventional position: missionary, with Sakuya on her back showing her bare breasts as a guy lies on top. For some reason, they are under a sheet, making it look like they are having sex in a white tent. And for another bizarre reason, the guy struggles to stay hard, a problem we don’t think most guys would have with someone as beautiful as slinky, sexy Sakuya.
Regular readers will remember Sakuya for her explicit full-frontal nudity in the recent sexploitation movie The Stars and Moon Are Holes in the Sky.
There is also a sex scene with Aoba Kawai (who has previous for nude sex scenes) on a sofa as she rides a man (before they are interrupted), though the most you see is a bit of side boob and her naked back.
While Japanese TV is very tame and conservative for the most part, with sex scenes rare and even late-night dramas having no actual nudity, Netflix shows are the places to watch decent sex scenes, as proved with such past examples of The Naked Director, FishBowl Wives, and First Love.

None that I know of. The closest is probably Saito Yasuyo, Miss Earth Japan 2017, who has done some IV’s (MMR-BJ015 and MERA-008BD)
