The prolific Japanese porn director Chisho Ito, known professionally as Tohjiro, has died at the age of 70. He had been suffering from lung cancer.
The news was announced on July 21 by his wife, the former porn star Mirei Asaoka.
Tohjiro was born in Roppongi, Tokyo, in 1956. He made his first film, Gondola, in the mid-1980s, and it screened internationally in 1987 and 1988.
In 1989, he shot his first adult video (this was at a time when JAV was entering its heyday in terms of sales, as lavishly portrayed in the Netflix series The Naked Director). In 2001, he founded the AV production ...
On July 10, Nemuro Police Station in Hokkaido announced that a man in his forties had been defrauded of approximately ¥3.96 million in a scam involving sperm donation.

She hinted at romantic interest, telling him that "I want to meet you." This led the man to trust her, reports NTV.
The woman also apparently sent a nude photo of herself. "My husband is gay, so we can't have children, and I'm in a bind ...

The Japanese model and actor Ayaka Miyoshi recently attended the VETEMENTS show at Paris Fashion Week Men's where she wore an eye-catching item by the brand that left much of her ass on show, not to mention her back and shoulders.
In her now-signature black, the dress covered her body on the front with a leather robe or apron, but left things mostly bare behind, with the dress or leotard hugging her waist, and sheer pantyhose letting everyone see the full length of her legs, including the butt cheeks. Keep in mind, she was wearing this outside when she arrived at the event.
From the ...
When we first heard the story a few days ago, we thought it had to be a joke. But then we saw the pictures and our proverbial jaw hit the table.
While it is now sadly common to see news reports about people trying to smuggle in drugs and other contraband into Japan, the method employed by one Chinese executive to smuggle in gold takes the cake: the 46-year-old resident of Chiba was arrested for attempting to smuggle in 49 kilograms of gold in 38 bars on a cargo flight from Shenzhen to Narita Airport, hidden inside three sex dolls.
The executive and five others have been arrested this ...
The gravure industry has welcomed another newbie to the fold this week -- and someone with an unusual background.
For a start, she's not super-young. Eriko Kimura is 29 (and turns 30 in September) and has a regular job, working at a major IT company. She is currently affiliated with a big entertainment agency, Oscar Promotion, but basically does modeling only on the side.
Kimura just did her first gravure shoot for Weekly Playboy, appearing in the issue released on June 15. She made her official gravure debut last July and released a digital photo book. She got her big break in 2024, where ...
The trial of a self-professed spirit medium who practiced "Dynamic Wave Divine Technique," and was arrested for engaging in sexual acts with women he brainwashed, has ended with a guilty verdict.
Katsuhiko Ohno was 65 at the time, while his victim (unnamed in media reports) was just 28. Her work in the entertainment industry had dried up due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was feeling anxious about her future, when she met Ohno at a cryptocurrency study group. A friend's husband introduced her, saying, "There's an amazing teacher who practices divine rituals. His power has turned my life ...
A few weeks ago, controversy erupted over a Japanese man's posts on social media boasting about paying for sex from underage sex workers in Indonesia.
In posts going back to at least 2024, he brazenly wrote about how he was looking forward to having sex with these "living onaholes" aged 16 or 17, and was going to "creampie" them.
It inevitably led to outrage online last month. Angry Indonesians found further examples of other Japanese men boasting about their supposed exploits. Warnings were issued by the Japanese embassy and government that child prostitution is illegal. Police in ...
A pink companion is an old-fashioned term for a cross between a hostess, stripper, and sex worker at a hot spring resort.
Hot spring (onsen) resorts are now places for wellness and luxury, but traditionally were closely associated with erotic pleasures, either for newly married couples or guys looking for a good time with geisha, hostesses, and sex workers. It's also why sex museums were often at such resorts.
Pink companions (sometimes called super companions) will officially stop short of providing actual sex to guests, but they wear provocative clothing or nothing but underwear while ...
