Has Ayaka Miyoshi gone too far?
The Devil wears . . . not much at all?
Ayaka Miyoshi turned up for the Japanese premiere of The Devil Wears Prada 2 wearing a revealing something.
The 29-year-old was dressed in a kind of suit with a black jacket, white shirt, and black tie, except that the shirt only came halfway down, with the result that she left much of her under-boob on show for all the world to see.
Miyoshi is not the bustiest of ladies, so the resulting bulge was quite modest, but there was no mistaking what was visible under the shirt. She seems to be channeling more Marlene Dietrich than Andy Sachs or Miranda Priestly.
There’s a fine line between provocative and tasteless, and some are saying Ayaka Miyoshi has crossed it this time.
As noted in April, the model and actress seems to be on a mission to vamp up her image as she reaches her thirties, with both septum and belly button piercings, sex scenes in a film, a nude scene in another movie, and a lavish Chinese tattoo on her back.
Just for some context, though, it’s hardly the first time that Ayaka Miyoshi has shown off her body. She did a jaw-dropping lingerie shoot for Anan a few years ago, plus plenty of other sensual and sexy shoots in the past, as these images show.
And she’s not averse to going all out even in public events. Her attire at a baseball game when she was asked to make the ceremonial first pitch left little the imagination when it came to her waist.

Or rather, he fumbled and broke up with her? Still, his current squeeze is hottie Shiori Doi, so we doubt he’s crying himself to sleep.
If she can rock the look, then why not?
I think she looks great… and provocative.
Pretty tame compared to what you often see on the red carpet in the west. Maybe it’s provocative to the Japanese, though? Either or, she’s gonna have to be more daring if she wants to turn heads, universally. If that’s her goal, that is.
