Trespasser digs hole in ceiling to assault female neighbor below

While this is a creepy, you’ve got to hand it to the man for dedication.

A 51-year-old man has been arrested for indecent assault on a female neighbor, who he attacked by digging a hole down into her apartment from his home above.

The man was obsessed with the woman, aged 39, was injured in the attack, which happened at 12:30 a.m. on October 27th.

Masahito Sato had moved in order to be near the woman. He cut a hole large enough to pass through and then dropped down into her bathroom, armed with a stun gun and handcuffs.

The trespasser knew the woman from a local restaurant where she worked and deliberately moved to the apartment above hers as part of his scheme to rape her.

Over a 10-day period he cut a gap in the ceiling separating the units.

In the ensuing scuffle, he thankfully proved successful only at pushing the woman to the ground, injuring her hand. He fled through her front door and was later arrested at a nearby convenience store with his stun gun.
