Gravure idol and mahjong player Sayaka Okada is dating Pokémon YouTuber

Sayaka Okada is a gravure idol, professional mahjong player, and YouTuber. All of which makes her a busy lady, but it seems she does still have time for romance.

The 32-year-old was recently the subject of a scoop by Flash, which says she is dating a fellow YouTuber called Raibarori, who gives advice on Pokémon game strategies to his 1 million subscribers.

Flash published a series of paparazzi snaps of the pair out on dates, looking very much like a couple in love.

With a slinky body and finely sculpted facial features, Okada’s known for being a tough cookie with a sharp tongue. She once had to apologize after she was caught on camera being rude about a presenter.

Her call-a-spade-a-spade personality may be the result of having built a career in a crowded industry, or it might be something to do with her background (she’s half-Chinese and was brought up partly in China). She’s no air head, that’s for sure, since she graduated from the prestigious private college Aoyama Gakuin University in central Tokyo.

We expect she can more than hold her own in a debate, would make great conversation on a date, but might call you out if you say something stupid or wear poor wardrobe choices.

She could certainly thrash us at mahjong any day of the week and we’d enjoy it!

Okada’s combo of mahjong and gravure is so unusual that it inspired its own porn parody last year year.
