Fleshlight suing Tenga over patent abuses

Two giants are taking themselves on. West battles East, as American masturbation king Fleshlight is suing Japanese sex supremo Tenga over alleged patent abuses.

According to Business AVN.com, Fleshlight is alleging that Tenga and others produce, distribute and sell products that violate Fleshlight’s patents.

Fleshlight Executive Vice President Brian Shubin said:

“There are about six, and as many as eight, products that are in violation of at least one of our patents…Each company that’s named in this is in one way violating a patent or trademark.”

We want to see the court proceedings where dignified and expensive lawyers get to wave around and describe great things like the Flip Hole and FlipLite.

Perhaps the presiding judge will have to try out all the products to see who really stole whose sex secrets! Now that would make even the law interesting!
