Beautiful University of Tokyo student Asa Kamiya makes swimwear gravure debut
Earlier in the week, we sang the praises of TV announcer Kasumi Mori, loving her sultry looks and intelligence.
Now comes the gravure debut of someone who definitely has brains.
Asa Kamiya (神谷明采) has done her first swimwear gravure shoot, which appears in the current issue (December 22) of Weekly Friday. Has Christmas come early this year?
She is a fourth-year student in the economics faculty at the University of Tokyo, regarded as the most elite college in Japan. She won the Miss Todai beauty contest in 2020 and was Miss of Miss 2021, essentially crowning her as the most beautiful university student in Japan.
Friday has also published a 120-page digital photo book to accompany her debut.
There is something of a trend for gravure idols who are either current or graduates of prestigious universities.
The gorgeous Serina Fukui studied as Keio University. The alluring Ayako Inokuchi went to Aoyama Gakuin.
Other examples of brainy gravure idols with impressive alma maters are Reina Triendl (Keio), Mariko Seyama (also Keio), Naomi Trauden (Keio yet again!), Fumika Mizukasa (University of Tokyo), Minami Fukuoka (Tokyo University of Science), and Asako Tani (Hosei University).
Asa Kamiya is now signed to a talent agency so we can expect her to continue her career in entertainment and modeling after she graduates.

To me she is the perfect woman. Hot as hell and while you are giving her a really hard reaming she can spout differential equations. Does not get sexier than that!

It’s possible, but probably better to maintain a healthy level of skepticism about JAV marketing. We see that kind of “former…” tagline so much on new releases.
