Porn star Satsuki Toyooka announces cancer treatment
The Japanese porn star Satsuki Toyooka has announced on social media is suffering from a rare illness.
On February 12, Toyooka announced on X that she was undergoing chemotherapy.
Satsuki Toyooka worked under the stage name Alice Toyonaka until 2023. She made her adult video debut in 2017 and established a following among fans with her E-cup breasts and peach butt.
In a post on January 30, the 28-year-old already warned fans that she was facing a very serious medical issue: “I’m sorry. I, Satsuki Toyooka, have been diagnosed with a rare illness. I may die. I may no longer be able to see everyone.”
“I developed a uterine disease called hydatidiform mole, which has worsened, and now I’m faced with two possibilities: invasive mole or choriocarcinoma.”
On February 6, she gave an update, “I received the official diagnosis today. As a result, I have been diagnosed with invasive mole. However, it’s complicated, so I’ll explain. At the moment, there is little information available about invasive mole and choriocarcinoma in hospitals across Japan, so it seems that they’re not in a position to make a definitive statement. Therefore, given that choriocarcinoma numbers have not yet been released, the possibility of invasive mole is high. This is a presumptive statement.”
In this latest post, she reported, “I will be hospitalized from tomorrow. Finally, my anti-cancer drug treatment will begin,.”
“To be honest, I am still worried about the cost of treatment and hospitalization. I don’t know how severe the side effects will be, and I don’t know how active I will be in the future. I hope I will be healthy enough to be able to take part in events and the like.”
She also asked fans to support her through crowdfunding to pay for her medical expenses, which are considerable. At the time of writing, her campaign has nearly 90 supporters and has exceeded its initial funding goal.
We wish Satsuki all the best in her treatment and hope she returns to health soon.
