Sena Natsuki reveals secrets of how to date a gravure idol

Have you ever wanted to date a gravure idol? Of course, how hasn’t?! But how would that actually be possible?

Well, the easiest way is to be either rich or famous, it seems.

And how do such guys hook up with gravure models? Fellow celebrities presumably meet a lot at various kinds of events or through work gigs. But for others, it may not differ so much from us mere mortals: dating apps.

Sena Natsuki recently revealed in an interview on a TV Tokyo show that she is on the hunt for a new boyfriend and she is using a dating app specifically for celebrities.

“There’s like a special access method for celebrities. You can register without showing your face. There are a lot of athletes there too. The annual income (of the registered me) is quite high. Around ¥60 million. I thought he might be a baseball player.”

As regular readers will know, Sena Natsuki previously lamented how she was cheated on by a past boyfriend.

The 29-year-old has reached a new stage in her career, recently having a breakthrough role in A Fool’s Love, a new version of the oft-adapted Tanizaki novel, and which saw her do nude sex scenes for the first time.

She also released an incredible nude photo book last year.

You would imagine that a woman as gorgeous as Sena Natsuki would have potential boyfriends lining up and that she can afford to be very picky.

Presumably, the app that Natsuki and other celebrities use would carefully vetted male users to ensure only people of a certain income bracket can join.

But just like us plebs, celebrities also deal with the issues that come with the territory of using such apps. She met the boyfriend who cheated on her through a dating app. While they were dating, he was still using the app to date other women.

“The first guy I met on the app was 10 years older than me. We dated for five years and recently broke up,” she confessed on the TV Tokyo show, referring to the cheating ex.

Natsuki is currently on the hunt for a new boyfriend. She says they need to have an income of at least ¥8 million. As for personality, she wants someone who is “kind and honest” and who “will cook for me when I’m not feeling up to doing it.”
