Despite the provocative choice of a major game for the basis, the AV looks like it has fairly low production values and was probably shot on the cheap.

Unfortunately, the main performer is not credited and we can’t recognize her from the preview images alone. Some of the content is made with AI and the face is possibly generated (the main publicity character of the sexy elf looks totally fake).

The overtly elfish nature of the main character arguably parodies more a franchise like the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End more (inevitably, Frieren is already the subject of its own porn parodies).
