He says he stole underwear on some 50 occasions over the last 8 years. Quite a career. But he was finally apprehended when a girl spotted him in the coin laundry, yelled “Thief!” and he was then caught by a man on the street.

Perhaps he should have used a fishing pole to give himself more time to make good his escape!

Underwear Thief Gets Creative with a Fishing Pole
