No Halloween in Japan

As we rapidly approach Halloween, I thought I’d like to highlight some of the Japanese costumes that I’ve seen around the interwebs.

But these sexy ladies are not the sexy ladies you see out on the street, they are bonified otaku who might be willing to dress up as your favorite character at a whim. Can you imagine? Little Brother cosplay cafe for girls

We all know about maid cafes. But what about us girls?

Sure, there are host clubs but some of us don’t actually like guys with ridiculous orange hair cuts, up-themselves attitudes — and then paying huge bills for the privilege!

Fear not, there are Otouto Cafe (Little Brother Cafe) for us ladies!

One example is the Cafe B’s Prince, a concept cafe opened last year. The staff are actually girls but dressed as boys. This is basically more a cosplay cafe catering (no pun!) to fujoshi manga fans (um, semi-lesbians who like girls dressed as boys).

There is a whole spate of these dansou cafes (butler cafes). This blog has a good run-down of the ones in Ikebukuro or Akihabara.

I particularly like the Butler Cafe for girls who like to be served by handsome foreign men. Don’t tell Taro!

Japanese history porn cosplay comes to life

We all like to cosplay, right? Especially when it involves having sex.

Oh, yes! Combine two of the best things about Japan with mock-historical costumes!

Manzoku Gakuen – Schoolgirl Air Dolls Galore!

We all had a bad time at school. There were classroom bullies, strict teachers, skin issues…but there was always one saving grace — cute, nubile schoolgirls to gaze at all day long!

Japanese Cosplay costume roundup!

Japan is, of course, famous for being the home of cosplay. If you can’t be in Japan for this month’s Comiket , you can always bring some of it into your bedroom.

Since I started blogging about a year ago, we got lots and lots of requests to talk about the costumes in the KanojoToys online store. So, of course, we had to oblige!

While there are a lot of sexy choices above, my personal favorite is the Sweet American Cafe Girl, just because its image rarely seen in Japan because of the big focus on maids, but I like to think of an American girl at a cafe serving cheeseburgers while wearing it. Fun, no?

Japanese cosplayers are suckers for maids, but we also understand that they are NOT about sex but about being cute and playful. However, we’re purely about sex here, so the Heartful Maid takes our recommendation in that category simply for its short skirt and cut-out top.

Well, now it’s hard to pick more favorites, simply because there are so many and they’re all so damn cute.

Tennosuke Sexy Leather Goods

Hi again….this is Megumi. It’s been a long time since I’ve written a blog post, I’m sorry. However, we’ve had some new things that caught my interest, and Taro asked me to write about them…

Japanese bondage maker Tennosuke has a nice reputation for making quality leather goods for Tokyo’s S&M scene. Below are several of their items, ranging from the mild (ankle cuffs) to the wild (whips!) to the extreme (cock restraints?!). I’m picking my favorites now
