Well, surprise, surprise… What we always suspected! Sexy haafu Meisa Kuroki has officially said she is pregnant, ending weeks of tabloid rumors.

So singer Jin Akanishi doesn’t like to use condoms, it seems. We speculated as much when the celebrity pair announced their sudden marriage.

I guess this means we will be seeing a lot less of the half-Latin American, half-Japanese goddess, but then her singing or acting careers have not taken off so she was basically stuck doing half-baked modeling work these days anyway.

There is one remaining hope. She goes the way of Hitomi and poses for some nude pregnant idol shots!

Akanishi, meanwhile, has so enraged his agency that they are not letting him work! And all for the crime of screwing, impregnating and then marrying a hot model!

More sad news, guys.

In 2010 sexy model Yuki Yamamoto was one of a spate of celebrities and idols who married quickly after they found out they were pregnant (the so-called dekikekkon or shotgun wedding).

Now the goddess has announced she is pregnant again with a new child!

Still the thought that someone is having a poke inside Yuki sans condom is a pleasant image indeed. We just wish it was us!

Well, the big news in the Japanese celebrity world has been the sudden announcement by Meisa Kuroki and Jin Akanishi, formerly of boyband KAT-TUN, that they were married!

Yep, you’ve guessed it, yet another example of the now customary celebrity dekikon, or shotgun wedding. Meisa is said to be two months pregnant!

I don’t know, I think this kinda embarrassing. I wouldn’t want the world to know that my boyfriend doesn’t use condoms when he screws me or that I don’t have the intelligence to know that nakadashi ain’t too sensible for the working woman!

I’m sure their respective talent agencies were happy two major stars were an item but with Meisa now knocked, she’s gonna be seen as far less desirable than before and, despite having just tried to launch a singing career last year, of course will also be out of action for a while.

Meisa is half Okinawan, half South American, and one of the sexy haafu Japanese we blogged about recently. Jin Akanishi, on the other hand, is a few years older than her and known for being a ladies man.

My prediction? It won’t last.

Nakadashi celebrities draw mixi anger

The recent surprise announcement by singer Kaera Kimura and actor Eita that they are getting married has drawn the wrath of Japanese SNS mixi members. Why? Because Kaera is pregnant and the wedding seems to be an example of “dekikon” (shotgun wedding).

Reading some of the posts is interesting, not least that they are more the kind of content you see on 2ch rather than mixi. It reveals just how protective Japanese fans are of their idols and also their rather strange attitudes to sex!

Here’s one example…

“Nakadashi” means “inside release” — to come inside the girl.

Us Japanese guys aren’t too keen on using condoms and prefer just to pull out at the opportune juncture. Some of us can be a little slow or just not care (or, given the state of Japanese sex education in schools, not be aware of the link between nakadashi and pregnancy).

The result? Dekikon. According to some figures around a quarter of all marriages in Japan happen when the bride is already expecting!
