Another day, another celebrity lady bites the dust.
Despite having split up with her boyfriend in January, popular fashion model Maki Nishiyama has announced that she is five months pregnant.
After a few days of will-they-won’t-they, she and her actor ex-boyfriend Taichi Saotome have not only got back together, but are getting married.
Perhaps she announced the pregnancy to put pressure on him to do the honorable thing?
Still, this is another case of dekikkon, proving that even famous girls are not the kind to say not to a man who doesn’t like to use condoms — and unfortunately has poor timing when it comes to pulling out.
Saying that, the twenty-seven-year-old did manage to bag herself a much younger man. Taichi Saotome is just twenty-one, so perhaps it’s no surprise he was a bit inexperienced with his technique — plus understandably hesitant to tie himself down so early in life!
Taichi Saotome is also famous for acting as a woman. Yes, perhaps Maki is a lesbian? He acts in a form of Kabuki and has starred in some films, such as Takeshi Kitano’s Zatoichi.
So, no more Maki Nishiyama on the front of magazines. Maki, you were lovely while you lasted. We salute you!
What is the solution to Japan’s declining birth rate?
That’s according to Seiko Noda, a spokeswoman for the governing Liberal Democrat Party.
There are said to be two hundred thousand abortions per year in Japan
Noda, who is divorced from another LDP politician and famously gave birth at the age of fifty after receiving donor eggs in America (this is not possible in Japan), married again recently to a man who used to run an adult website. The man changed his name to Noda’s to preserve her family name, so we can guess who calls the shots in their relationship.
Dekikekkon “shotgun weddings” are part and parcel of life in Japan, especially for celebrities it seems. Numerous famous models, singers and actresses have openly got married only after they discovered that having sex without contraception does indeed lead to pregnancy. (Sex education is quite poor in Japan, as is condom usage.)
Rather than aborting, Seiko Noda says, careless Japanese couples should be giving the babies up for adoption.
Well, surprise, surprise… What we always suspected! Sexy haafu Meisa Kuroki has officially said she is pregnant, ending weeks of tabloid rumors.
I guess this means we will be seeing a lot less of the half-Latin American, half-Japanese goddess, but then her singing or acting careers have not taken off so she was basically stuck doing half-baked modeling work these days anyway.
There is one remaining hope. She goes the way of Hitomi and poses for some nude pregnant idol shots!
Akanishi, meanwhile, has so enraged his agency that they are not letting him work! And all for the crime of screwing, impregnating and then marrying a hot model!
More sad news, guys.
Now the goddess has announced she is pregnant again with a new child!
Still the thought that someone is having a poke inside Yuki sans condom is a pleasant image indeed. We just wish it was us!
Well, the big news in the Japanese celebrity world has been the sudden announcement by Meisa Kuroki and Jin Akanishi, formerly of boyband KAT-TUN, that they were married!
Yep, you’ve guessed it, yet another example of the now customary celebrity dekikon, or shotgun wedding. Meisa is said to be two months pregnant!
I don’t know, I think this kinda embarrassing. I wouldn’t want the world to know that my boyfriend doesn’t use condoms when he screws me or that I don’t have the intelligence to know that nakadashi ain’t too sensible for the working woman!
I’m sure their respective talent agencies were happy two major stars were an item but with Meisa now knocked, she’s gonna be seen as far less desirable than before and, despite having just tried to launch a singing career last year, of course will also be out of action for a while.
Meisa is half Okinawan, half South American, and one of the sexy haafu Japanese we blogged about recently. Jin Akanishi, on the other hand, is a few years older than her and known for being a ladies man.
My prediction? It won’t last.
Yet another lovely model has fallen pray to the “I’ll pull out I swear” vow that so many of us men have made. This time, we’re talking about Maya Mori, who incidentally works for the same modeling agency as another sexy model who has recently been announced pregnant, Yuki Yamamoto.
She seems to have broken the news, to her now defeated fans who wanted the child to be theirs instead, on her own blog by saying, “Right now, inside my stomach, there is a little life inside me!”
If getting accidentally knocked up isn’t enough, the lovely lady is planning on trying her best with her new family and turning in her application for a marriage license in November. Note to self…find a model…and don’t use…

Yet another dekichatta kekkon!
Yes, a sad day for anyone who likes to dream about one day doin’ the dirty with Yuki Yamamoto (山本優希). The 23-year old sexy model is well known for posing in very stringy underwear and living a life of decadence. Her father is a pachinko parlor company boss and so she’s never been short of cash.
Well known for her lavish and hedonistic lifestyle, she clearly isn’t too concerned about contraception! Yuki is four months pregnant with the child of actor Riki Miura, and the couple have announced their marriage. Darn!
The recent surprise announcement by singer Kaera Kimura and actor Eita that they are getting married has drawn the wrath of Japanese SNS mixi members. Why? Because Kaera is pregnant and the wedding seems to be an example of “dekikon” (shotgun wedding).
Reading some of the posts is interesting, not least that they are more the kind of content you see on 2ch rather than mixi. It reveals just how protective Japanese fans are of their idols and also their rather strange attitudes to sex!
Here’s one example…
I’m so jealous! I want Eita to come inside (nakadashi) me!
“Nakadashi” means “inside release” — to come inside the girl.
Us Japanese guys aren’t too keen on using condoms and prefer just to pull out at the opportune juncture. Some of us can be a little slow or just not care (or, given the state of Japanese sex education in schools, not be aware of the link between nakadashi and pregnancy).
The result? Dekikon. According to some figures around a quarter of all marriages in Japan happen when the bride is already expecting!
