Twitter user @cAstadb recently shared some awesome images of her encounter with a foreigner in Shibuya, which apparently resulted in her stepping on his face and body (a fetish known as trampling). Clad in a skirt, black top, and black boots, she walked over his chest and face.

Just what is going on here?

In fact, the man is Fumare Lou-chan (Stepped-on Lou), a white American and total Japanophile with a seriously strong penchant for femdom and women stepping on him. He is currently in Japan, traveling around Tokyo and Osaka in search of feet.

As his Facebook and Twitter feeds reveal, his regular visits to Japan never fail to involve a few young ladies with lovely legs stepping on his face. He seems to love their shoes and boots, too, since he sometimes gleefully sucks the heels.

Japanese-speaking podophile Lou-chan really, really loves feet and it seems there is no shortage of cute girls willing to indulge his fetish for foot worship — even on public streets. Let’s face it, Lou-chan is not what would be conventionally considered a hunk and he’s probably no longer a spring chicken. But none of this seems to matter when it comes to finding women with feet to answer his needs.

Clearly he is attracting more and more local attention. The recent pictures of him in Shibuya went viral, with Lou-chan’s own tweet receiving thousands of likes and retweets.

Lou-chan’s foot worship and trample fetish reminds us of facesitting (queening, kinging), which is also a vibrant subculture in Tokyo.
