Japan fashion magazine advises Japanese women to “draw on” bust, cleavage contouring
There’s no getting around it: Japanese girls don’t have the largest breasts in the world. In fact, many are very petite in the bust department and some are just plain flat-chested.
Japanese slang lesson #256: tsurupeta — “flat-chested”; hinnyu — “tiny breasts”.
However, we don’t recommend you try these out in the nightclubs of Tokyo!
There’s even proof out there that Japanese guys PREFER small breasts.
That’s not to say there aren’t girls out there with a nice pair.
But if you are rather modest in the chest area, then the solution, if a Japanese fashion magazine is to be believed, is to take up an eyebrow brush. Add two curves to your chest and you can give the impression of a larger cup size than you really have.
The beauty tip was recently a minor talking point among netizens, though, of course, this kind of contouring is a long fav of women around the world and even drag queens who want to “create” a cleavage. Your eyes can deceive you with the aid of a careful arch.

Lets be realistic here, Comparing Japan’s bust size to an overweight white country is a stupid comparison. You should compare Japan’s bust size to a white country that isn’t obese, then you have a fair comparison.
Go to many European countries that are slender and you will find most women there have small breasts also. Sorry.
Also many white women get breast implants, so don’t always believe that petite blonde girl with huge breasts is natural when you see them. Some look ridiculously fake.
As far as flat chested, I have never actually in my entire life seen a woman who is literally “flat chested”. They all have some breast tissue, no woman has zero breast tissue, otherwise they couldn’t even produce milk. Sorry
