AKB48 idols’ 3D busty mousepad in game centers now

A series of mousepads made to feel like you are moving your mouse between the generous busts of idol group AKB48’s members has been causing shockwaves through the otaku and idol-loving community.

The mousepads made its first appearances recently at game centers in claw game arcades.

The makers have stopped short at producing all 48 girls, instead just going for the four most popular: Yuko Oshima, Atsuko Maeda, Mariko Shinoda and Tomomi Itano.

We think, looking at pics, that there has been some artistic license taken with the young lasses’ busts, though!

Yuko Oshima seems to be fairly accurate.

Demand has been high from the idols’ legions of fans, meaning that supplies to the game centers are currently running low. If you can’t get your hands on a pair (ha ha ha) then you can go online, where the pads are fetching large prices in auctions. A complete set of 4 might cost you 20,000 yen (over $200)!

However, the group’s managers weren’t happy about this and kicked up a fuss. We hope the makers of the mousepads tread carefully. Remember the unemployed guy in his twenties who was arrested last summer for stealing the girls’ mail. And they are meant to be fuming about a former member’s entry into the world of porn! AKB48 is a powerful beast to tackle…
